		<title>The Enduring Love of Jesus</title>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="212" data-end="439">The <em>enduring love of Jesus</em> towards us is like no other. Jesus endured suffering because of His<strong><em> enduring love</em> </strong>for us. He willingly carried and endured the cross so that we could have an abundant life on earth and eternal life. The <em>enduring love of Jesus</em> is what helps us to endure in the faith until the end.</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">We all long to be loved because we were created to be loved. While relationships here on earth are vital for us to thrive, we must remember that God&#8217;s love is greater than any love we could ever experience on earth.</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">The love of Jesus is <strong>pure, perfect, and great</strong>. No earthly relationship could ever surpass God&#8217;s love. Ephesians 3:17-18 says, &#8220;And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp <em>how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.</em>&#8220;</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">We need a revelation of Jesus&#8217; enduring love so that we, too, can endure this life steadfast in the faith.</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">Hebrews 12:1-4 says, &#8220;Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin.&#8221;</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">Jesus does not promise us an easy life with no troubles. We need to stand strong and fight the good fight of faith daily, and it starts with being rooted in God&#8217;s love. As we behold Jesus and His enduring love for us, we can<strong> finish our race strong</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">Let us aim to live as Paul, who said, &#8220;I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith&#8221; (2 Timothy 4:7).</p>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719"><em>What is hindering you from fighting the good fight and keeping the faith? </em><em> How can you be more intentional in fixing your eyes on the enduring love of Jesus toward you?</em></p>
<h2 data-start="568" data-end="719">Man of Sorrows</h2>
<p data-start="568" data-end="719">Though Jesus is the Good Shepherd, He chose to be <strong>led like a lamb to the slaughter</strong> because of His great love for us. He didn’t bother to defend Himself close to His crucifixion because He knew He had to die for us. Isaiah 53:7 says, “He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He opened not His mouth; He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, And as a sheep before its shearers is silent, So He opened not His mouth.”</p>
<p data-start="823" data-end="981">Jesus is God, but He chose to put on flesh, suffer as a Man, and die for us so that in Him, we can find redemption (right standing with God) and eternal life.</p>
<p data-start="823" data-end="981">Take time to ask the Holy Spirit to give you a revelation of the sufferings of Jesus and understand the depths of His love for you. Jesus endured the cross with joy and bore every weight of sin so that we don’t have to bear the burdens of this world and sin.</p>
<p data-start="1472" data-end="1633">His love for us is an <strong>enduring</strong> one.</p>
<p data-start="1472" data-end="1633">Think about how patient and kind God has been toward you. Jesus&#8217;s love willingly waits for us with long-suffering and pursues us even at the cost of enduring the shame of the cross.</p>
<p data-start="1635" data-end="1802">The cross looks glorious now for us as Christians, but the cross was not a glorious thing back during Jesus’s time. The cross represented shame and a criminal’s death.</p>
<p data-start="1804" data-end="1903">Jesus gladly endured the cross, despising the shame because of how much He loves us (Hebrews 12:2).</p>
<p data-start="1992" data-end="2348">Jesus, who being in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross (Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭6‬-‭8‬).</p>
<p data-start="1992" data-end="2348">Remember every day how much Jesus loves you and His <strong>enduring love</strong> for you. Do not believe the lie of the enemy that you are not loved. God&#8217;s love has been lavished upon us through His Son, Jesus Christ.</p>
<h2 data-start="1992" data-end="2348">Living with the Cross Before Us</h2>
<p data-start="2350" data-end="2530">What would it look like if we lived with the cross before us, remembering what Jesus did for us? You may mentally know that Jesus died on the cross, but has it become real and alive in your heart?</p>
<p data-start="2350" data-end="2530">This is when we need the Holy Spirit to reveal the meaning of the death and resurrection of Jesus.</p>
<p data-start="2350" data-end="2530">May we live with a revelation of the cross every day, remembering how greatly Jesus loved us and that He willingly suffered and died on the cross so that we could have eternal life.</p>
<p data-start="2532" data-end="2703">None of us deserves eternal life, but Jesus chose to make a way for us to have an abundant life through His death. Only the blood of Jesus can wash our sins away (1 Peter 1:17-18).</p>
<p data-start="2848" data-end="3006">We need a <strong>daily revelation</strong> of God’s love to follow Jesus successfully. We can only love Jesus because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).</p>
<p data-start="2848" data-end="3006">Receive the love of Jesus as you look to the cross and choose to daily follow Him that you may be saved. He is worthy of our laid-down lives.</p>
<p data-start="3008" data-end="3225">Following Jesus out of mere religion will never last long. If we want to live out what Jesus says in Matthew 16:24, to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Jesus, we must be <strong>rooted in God&#8217;s love that is revealed through Jesus Christ. </strong></p>
<p data-start="3227" data-end="3375">It is the enduring love that Jesus displayed on the way to the cross and His crucifixion that strengthens us to carry our own cross to follow Jesus.</p>
<p data-start="3377" data-end="3584">As we remember His great mercy and love, we become empowered to love Jesus back.</p>
<p data-start="3377" data-end="3584"><em><strong>Will you ask Jesus to give you a greater revelation of His love for you on the cross? </strong></em></p>
<p data-start="3586" data-end="3794">We have real hope that death isn’t the end because Jesus is alive! Jesus was crucified, but on the third day he rose again. He overcame death, so in Jesus, we too will overcome death and live forever.</p>
<p data-start="3796" data-end="3947">Jesus says in Revelation 1:18, “I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.” May you experience the depth of Jesus&#8217;s sacrifice and the power of His resurrection.</p>
<p>So remember, <em><strong>the enduring love of Jesus is like no other. </strong></em></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer: </i></b><i></i>Jesus, thank You for loving me with an enduring love. Thank You for the cross, for Your sacrifice, and for the hope I have in You. Help me live every day rooted in Your love.</p>

<p dir="auto">It is possible to be content in all circumstances. Jesus is the key to contentment. Learn <strong>how to be content in Jesus</strong>.</p>
<p dir="auto">Contentment is not determined by our circumstances; it is something we must learn to have <strong><em>in all circumstances</em>. </strong>God tells us in 1 Timothy 6:6 that godliness with contentment is great gain.</p>
<p dir="auto">It is good to learn to give thanks in all circumstances because contentment is birthed from abiding in Jesus and being thankful. There is no safer place to be in than to be <strong>hidden in Christ</strong> — to be so consumed in His love that we cannot help but adore Him.</p>
<p dir="auto">I can list many things that I wish were different in my life or I wish I had, but an ungrateful heart makes us lose perspective that Jesus is <em><strong>with us and for us. </strong></em></p>
<p dir="auto">Don’t let this holiday season make you lose the joy that is found in Christ alone. Every day you have a reason to praise because <strong>God lives in you.</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, our body becomes His temple — His home. This means that we get to dwell in God&#8217;s presence wherever we are. Psalm 84:4 says, “Blessed are those who dwell in your house; they are ever praising you.”</p>
<p dir="auto"><em>Blessed are those who dwell in God’s house.</em></p>
<p dir="auto">May we dwell in His presence every day wherever we are and receive His joy and love. There is nothing more beautiful than Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto"><em><strong>Will you abide in Jesus and give Him the praise He deserves no matter what you may be facing?</strong></em></p>
<p dir="auto">The key to contentment is Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto">His love satisfies us like no other because<strong> we were made to be complete in God&#8217;s love. </strong>God’s Iove is found in Jesus. Let us not forget in this Christmas season that<em> Jesus is the greatest gift we all can have</em>. For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall have eternal life (John 3:16).</p>
<p dir="auto">Have you considered <strong>how merciful God is</strong> towards us? Though we were all born into sin and have done things that have displeased God, He still chose to give Jesus, His only begotten son to die for us so that we may be made right with God if we choose to accept Jesus as our Savior and follow Him.</p>
<p dir="auto">God didn’t have to save us, <strong>but He did.</strong></p>
<p dir="auto">Psalm 103:8-12 says, “The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever; he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.”</p>
<p dir="auto"><em>God does not stay angry at us</em> even when He has many reasons to stay angry at us.<br />
<em>God does not accuse us</em> of our past sins if we turn away from sin and repent.<br />
<em>God does not repay us according to what we deserve</em> but rather lavishes us with mercy through Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>God is merciful towards us because He loves us. Take time to remember</strong> that the Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you a deeper revelation of God’s love and mercy towards you in Jesus. Unshakable contentment is found in God’s love to us through Christ Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto">It is possible to be content despite how difficult our circumstances may be. As we are filled with God’s love, we will find contentment and satisfaction like no other.</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>God’s perspective is always from the lens of thanksgiving</strong>. It is God’s will for us to give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thess. 5:18).</p>
<p dir="auto">The enemy wants us to complain because complaining pulls us away from Jesus, but a heart of gratitude pulls us <strong>towards Jesus. </strong>When you are tempted to complain, <strong>remember what God has done.</strong> There is always something to give thanks for and we can always look back to the cross and remember God’s great love for us through Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto">In Jesus we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace (Ephesians 1:7). Jesus chose to suffer and pay the price for our freedom and access to eternal life. Our greatest gift is having our eternity secured with Jesus.</p>
<p dir="auto">No matter what challenges you face today, remember that God greatly loves you. Let your thanksgiving draw you to cling to Jesus. Give thanks in all circumstances. So remember, <em><strong>be content in Jesus. </strong></em></p>
<p dir="auto"><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i> Jesus, thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. Help us to find true contentment in You, no matter our circumstances. Fill our hearts with gratitude and draw us closer to You each day</i></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do we love God with our heart, soul, and mind in all we do? Loving Jesus must be the vision of our lives. <em>Love God</em>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I used to think I could love Jesus but disregard His feelings and commands in the Bible, but I later found that loving Jesus looks like something and that is obeying God&#8217;s Word. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus makes it clear in the Bible that if we truly love Him, we will obey His commands. Jesus says in John 14:15, “If you love me, obey my commands.”</span></p>
<p>I wanted to love Jesus as I saw how much He loved me and saved me though I didn&#8217;t deserve His love and forgiveness. May we also remember God&#8217;s great love for us so that we may love Him back as He deserves.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The first thing we must ask ourselves before doing anything is: <em>Am I loving Jesus with all my heart, soul, and mind in what I am about to do?</em> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus’s <strong>first</strong> and <strong>greatest</strong> commandment to us is to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37-38). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is not only the greatest commandment, but also the <strong>first commandment</strong> for us to do. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s be quick to allow the Holy Spirit to examine our hearts and motives so that we may walk in a blameless way that pleases God. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">If there is anything in our hearts that is not pure, we can confess it to Jesus and invite Him to create in us a pure heart. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our willingness to <strong>obey God and submit our lives to Him </strong>is the evidence that we love God. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We can say and do the right thing, but if it’s not said or done in love, it <strong>produces nothing</strong>. I Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭says, “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.“</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God is love, so we must speak and do things in <em><strong>truth and love</strong></em> that others may see God and for our actions to produce fruit that will last for eternity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before you say, post, or do anything, ask yourself:<em> Am I doing this with a heart of love? </em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus says in John 13:35, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This doesn’t mean we can’t confront or correct people, but we must do it <strong>all in love</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ability to love Jesus with all our heart, soul, and mind is a sign we are completely free by the<strong> </strong><strong>love of Jesus</strong>. When we are bound by sin such as pain, fear, or lust, we do not have the ability to love Jesus, but His love <em><strong>perfects us</strong></em> so that we can love Him back. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 John 4:18-19 says, “But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God’s love has the ability<strong> to perfect us</strong>. We can love God because He first loved us by giving Jesus, His only begotten Son to die for us that we may have eternal life if we believe in Jesus. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let us always look to the cross and remember how greatly loved we are by God. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we lose sight of Jesus and His holiness, we will go astray and not follow His commands. Let us make our vision to <strong>love Jesus with all our heart, soul, and mind.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A life outside of God’s Word is a life that will perish. Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” Only <em><strong>in Jesus</strong></em> can we find an abundant life and eternal life. May we continue to prioritize living out the greatest commandment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus says in John 15:10, “If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.” Let us abide in God’s love by obeying His commands. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There’s no better place than abiding in God’s love. It is in Jesus that we will find a blessed life here on earth and for eternity. </span>So remember, <strong>love God.</strong></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus, help me to keep myself in your love by abiding in your ways and remembering your love and mercy for me. May I never take your love for granted and obey You at all times and keeping your greatest commandment. </span></i></p>

		<title>Knowing The Depths of God&#8217;s Love</title>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are depths to knowing how much God loves you. We become filled with the fullness of God as we know the <em>depths of God’s love for us</em>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">While being loved by our family, friends, boyfriend/girlfriend or spouse is amazing, their love can never be compared to God’s love. People will fail you, but <strong>God&#8217;s love will never fail you.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God is love and He is perfect (Psalm 18:30). </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Only God’s love can sustain us through the hardships of life. We were made to thrive in God’s love and His love is enough for us to find refuge and satisfaction. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Psalm 26:7 says, “How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whether you are single or not, know that you can still be filled with <em><strong>a love like no other </strong></em>through Jesus. You are loved by God. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we are lacking in love, that is our cue to run to Jesus and ask Him to give us a greater revelation of the depths of His love for us in the Bible. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">We must <strong>be rooted and established </strong>in God’s love that we may be able to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that we may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3:17-19).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God’s love <strong>is enough</strong> to satisfy us and make us glad all our days. Jesus invites us to know His love and we find His love as we <em><strong>take time</strong> </em>to seek Him in the Bible and in our alone times with Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus promises in Jeremiah 29:13, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is a love that will never fail us and that is God’s love. God loves you and proved His love for you by sending Jesus to die for you so that those who believe in Him would not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus rose from the grave and has given those who accept Him His Spirit who will also raise them up from the grave (Romans 8:11). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Instead of looking for lesser lovers, look to the One who is love and whose love for you <em><strong>will last forever</strong></em>. <b>God <em>so</em> loves you. </b>The enemy will tempt us to look elsewhere for satisfaction, but we must always remember that only Jesus can satisfy the depths of our hearts. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus loved us even when we didn’t love Him. He loved us <strong>first </strong>(1 John 4:19). When Jesus came to earth as a man, many did not receive Him, and many still don’t receive Him today. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">John 1:11 says, “He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus made all of us so He sees us as His own, but sin separated us from God. Jesus knew the only way to have us back was for Him to come as a man and die for us. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Jesus is still pursuing us today and every day because He loves us.</strong> He is our bridegroom and like any bridegroom, He pursues the bride. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Revelation 19:7 gives us a glimpse of what is to come for those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior by faith: “…For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em><strong>Are you aware of how much God loves you? </strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Every day you are invited to know how much God loves you. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">No matter where you are, your soul and spirit can feast in abundance with Jesus if you open the door for Jesus to come into your heart.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus is always knocking, yearning for deep intimacy with us. <em><strong>Are our hearts constantly open for Jesus to dwell in us?</strong></em><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If we want to be true followers of Jesus that are hot and not lukewarm, we will need to <strong>abide in Jesus</strong> daily and throughout the day. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is in our intimate times with Jesus and in His Word that we find the depths of God’s love for us.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What great news to know that NOTHING can separate us from God&#8217;s love that is in Jesus. We were all born into sin, separated from God’s love, but God sent Jesus, the spotless One, to die for us so that we may be cleansed and freed from sin. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Now NOTHING can separate those who believe and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior from God’s love — not death, not the hardships of life, not the principalities or powers, or anything in all creation. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God’s love is <strong>so deep</strong> to always fill us through the valley and hills for eternity. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Romans 8:38-39 says, “…neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Through Jesus, we get to live in the love of God <em><strong>now and forever. </strong></em></span>So remember, take time to <strong>know the depths of God&#8217;s love.  </strong></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i> Jesus, thank you for Your love. We are so grateful that Your love that never fails and is so genuine. Thank you for loving us and dying for us even when we were not deserving of it. </i></p>

		<title>The Humility Of Jesus</title>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The<em> humility of Jesus</em> is nothing of this world. Jesus is the Most High but he was willing to go so low to save us. May you see Jesus rightly and the beauty of his humility.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Who is Jesus? He is <strong>love in action</strong>. Though Jesus was God, He chose to make Himself of <em>no reputation</em>, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross (Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬-‭8‬).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus <strong>willingly</strong> allowed Himself to be oppressed and afflicted until the point of death on the cross because He knew He had to die for us for us to be saved. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus was not weak — He was God, yet He humbly gave up His life for us because He loves us. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Isaiah 53:7 says, “He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is<strong> only one God</strong> who died for our sins and proved His love for us and that is Jesus.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before Jesus died on the cross, He washed His disciples&#8217; feet. The washing of feet was the role of servants. Jesus humbled Himself and took on the role of a servant by washing His disciples&#8217; feet to also foreshadow Himself humbly giving up His life to die for us so that we can be cleansed of our sins by the shedding of His perfect blood.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mark 10:45 says, “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When you doubt that God loves you, remember the <strong>humility of Jesus</strong>. Though Jesus was God, He willingly came to earth and put on flesh to die for us because He loves us. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus knew that the only way we could be saved from our sins was if He washed us. This is why Jesus says in John 13:8, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no one more humble than Jesus because <em><strong>there is no one greater than Him</strong></em>. Though Jesus was great, He willingly took the </span><b>lowest place </b>on our behalf to save us. What great love Jesus has for us. <span style="font-weight: 400;">When you feel unloved, remember the depths of suffering Jesus chose to go through for you. He allowed His whole body to be beaten and flogged for <strong>your healing.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Isaiah 52:14 says, “His appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any human being and his form marred beyond human likeness.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus humbly gave up His body to be beaten to the point that He wasn’t recognized as a human being. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">He finished the work of our Salvation by dying on the cross and rising from the grave on the 3rd day. He rose from the grave so those who are in Him too will rise from the dead. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus humbled Himself to nothing so we could be made right in God’s eye and have a place in eternity with Him. We receive the gift of Salvation when we confess Jesus as our Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. (Romans 10:9). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we truly know Jesus and His love for us, we can’t help but abide in Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Where sin abounded, <strong>God&#8217;s love and grace abounded more</strong> (Romans 5:20). </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">May God&#8217;s love turn us back to Jesus and away from a life without Him.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No matter what happens in life, we can <strong>be sure that Jesus loves us </strong>because <em>He chose to die for us</em>. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no greater thing that Jesus could ever do for us than die on the cross on our behalf so that we may be saved for eternity if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Let the cross be what roots you in God&#8217;s love.</strong> There are many ways we can see God&#8217;s love for us, but no love can compare to God choosing to give up Jesus to save us. Romans 5:8-10 says, ”But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!“</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your circumstances may not be perfect, but <strong>God’s love for you is perfect</strong> because He sent His only begotten Son so that through Him, you can be perfected, cleansed from the stain of sin, and be with Him forever. </span>So remember <strong>the humility of Jesus. </strong><strong> </strong></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i> Jesus, thank you for Your humility. You freely gave of Yourself for us on the cross without any hesitation. Even at our lowest moments, may we always remember Your undying love for us. </i></p>

		<title>Know God&#8217;s Mercy</title>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We become undone in a beautiful way when we know God’s mercy. The mercy of God roots us securely in His love to live a victorious life. <em>Know God’s mercy.</em> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is only One God who has shown us love and mercy and that is the <strong>God of the Bible</strong>. For God so loved the world that <em>He gave</em> His only begotten Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God didn’t have to save us, but He wanted to even if it would cost Him Jesus. Jesus willingly came down on earth as a man (though He was God) and suffered to the point of dying on the cross so that we may be cleansed of our sins and saved if we would believe and abide in Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God knew we couldn’t save ourselves so He sacrificed His only begotten Son to save us because<strong> He so loves us</strong>. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">No other gods in this world love you, but only the God of Abraham does and He proved it by sending Jesus to die for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 5:8).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em>How often do you think about God’s unfailing love for you?</em> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our hearts were made to be overflowing with God’s love and it starts with us <em><strong>pondering</strong></em> the love of God and remembering that He has brought us out of darkness and saved us by His mercy through Jesus. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Psalm 107:43 says, “Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the Lord.“</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is wise for us to ponder God’s unfailing love for us so that we never step out of His love. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">We stay hungry for more of God as we take time to ponder God’s mercy for us. He promises to always satisfy the hungry with good things (Psalm 107:9).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no greater love than God’s love. “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever (Psalms‬ ‭107‬:‭1‬).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Know that you <strong>MATTER</strong> to God. If you didn’t matter to God, He wouldn’t have sent Jesus to die for you. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your life may be small compared to the Almighty God, but He cares so much for you. He was willing to sacrifice Jesus for you and call people to point you to His true love. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Psalm 8:4 says, “What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Unlike other religions where we are required to be our own savior, God sent Jesus, His only begotten Son, to be our Savior. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are depths to knowing God’s mercy which has the power to perfect us in His love. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is a love that fills us like no other, one that is strong as death: a love that can’t be separated from us just as we can’t avoid death; a love that has the brightest kind of flame— this is the love of God for us (Song of Solomon 8:6).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ephesians 2:4-5 says, “But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive in Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">May God’s love never grow old. Take time today and every day to remember that it is by God’s mercy that you are where you are today and alive in Christ. Because of His great love for us, we</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> never have to live in regret and be doomed in hell as long as we make Jesus our Lord and Savior and abide in Him.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Come hungry every day to know the mercy of God because His love satisfies us like no other. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em><strong>The love of Jesus can mend any broken and empty heart</strong></em>. No matter what you are going through today, remember the <strong>rich mercy of God</strong> for you in Jesus.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It was prophesied thousands of years ago that a child would be given to us as our Savior. He wouldn’t be like a regular child but would be God coming on earth as a man. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Isaiah 9:6-7 says, “For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace, there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.“</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This child is Jesus, our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">His reign will never end. Jesus came to die, but He resurrected because He is God, and is now seated on the throne at the right hand of God (Ephesians 1:20). When Jesus comes back, the earth will pass away but <strong>His kingdom will last forever.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s not forget the most important thing in life which is our <strong>King Jesus</strong>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It was also prophesied years prior to Jesus’s coming that the Messiah would come from a virgin (Isaiah 7:14). </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is impossible for a virgin woman to have a child, but God can do the impossible. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit in Mary’s womb as a sign that He is God who came as a man to be the Savior of the world.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The night Jesus was conceived as a baby was the start of the fulfillment of a love so divine. Before the world was even made, Jesus was determined to die for us because He so loves us (Revelation 13:8). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let us cherish His birth and remember the mercy of God and His great love for us. Though Jesus was God, He chose to humble himself and put on flesh to die for us. Ask God to give you a greater revelation of His love and mercy for you. </span>So remember, <strong>know God&#8217;s mercy. </strong></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i> God, thank You for Your mercy. Thank You for sending Your only son to die for us and showing us a level of grace that no man or god has ever shown us before. We are grateful for your love which is truly one of a kind. </i></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The key to being rooted in God’s love is to look at the cross. The cross is proof of God&#8217;s love for you because He gave His only begotten Son for you. Jesus <em><strong>chose you </strong></em>when He chose the cross.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I’ve struggled in the past with insecurity and always feeling not good enough. I found my breakthrough in the simplicity of remembering how I am <em>chosen, wanted, and loved by God</em>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The moment when insecure thoughts come, I look back to the cross and remember how Jesus chose to die for me because He wanted me.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Not only did Jesus choose to die or me, but He too chose to <strong><em>die for you</em></strong>. When Jesus chose the cross, <em><strong>He chose you</strong></em>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are so loved by Jesus that He was determined before the foundations of the world to die for us so that His blood could cleanse us to be one with Him for eternity (Rev. 13:8). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No one likes the feeling of not being chosen or wanted. The good news is you are <em>chosen, wanted, and loved by Jesus</em>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whenever you are feeling unloved, look to the cross and remember God’s great love for you. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You were made to </span><b>live in the light </b>and walk out of darkness through Jesus. His light is <strong>wonderful.</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus chose you to be His by choosing to die on the cross. Now it’s our time to choose Jesus back and turn away from all the sin that entangles us. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 Peter 2:9-10 says, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus <strong>made us</strong> to bear fruit that will last for eternity — to not be overcome by sin but to <strong>overcome sin</strong> through Christ and display the power of God’s glory. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus says in John 15:16, “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus has chosen and appointed us to bear fruit that will last. We were not made to live a defeating life but a <strong>victorious </strong></span>one. <span style="font-weight: 400;">Our source of strength comes by simply <strong>abiding in Jesus</strong> and relying on His strength. Jesus has given us His Spirit who lives in us when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus says in John 15:5, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no better shepherd for our lives <strong>than Jesus. </strong>He is the good Shepherd, the only God who is willing and has died for us.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus willfully endured suffering so that we wouldn’t have to suffer for our sins. He removed every curse upon us on the cross so that we could reign as children of God here on earth and for eternity. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Just as a sheep needs to follow the Shepherd to be protected, we need to follow Jesus to find an abundant life. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus says in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whenever you feel unloved or afraid of your future, look to Jesus and remember that He is your good Shepherd.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As children of God, we have <strong>God Himself</strong> who watches over us (Psalm 121:5). Imagine having the best security team watching over you constantly. You most likely won’t be feeling afraid. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The great news is that we have a God who is greater than any best security team in this world. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This world can’t guarantee anything to us, but <strong>God&#8217;s Word can.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We can rest in God’s love knowing that He will never stop watching over us as we abide in Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Psalm 121:7-8 says, “The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God loves us so much that He was willing to send His only begotten Son Jesus to die for us. Out of His abundant love, He desires to watch our lives and keep us close to Him.</span></p>
<p><strong>Will you choose to give your life to Jesus and walk into His wonderful light, as His beloved and chosen one?</strong></p>
<p>Jesus chose you to be His. There is no better place than to be in the hands of Jesus. So remember, <strong>Jesus chose you.</strong></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Jesus, thank You for choosing us. When doubts arise, may we remember that You chose us. You died on the cross because You saw our worth. </span></i></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus chose to be a Man of sorrows because He loves us so much. He willingly bore our griefs and carried our sorrows so that we wouldn&#8217;t have to carry the weight of sin. We become rooted in God’s love as we see Jesus as a <em><strong>Man of sorrows</strong></em>.<br />
</span></p>
<p>As I am so consumed with God’s love, fear has no room to torment my heart.</p>
<p>I have found healing and joy as I see how much Jesus loves me and that He was willing to be a Man of Sorrows for my liberty and joy.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Though He is the King of kings and Lord of lords, He chose the title of Man of sorrows and was willing to suffer so that we could be saved and made right with God.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He gave Himself to be a lamb led to the slaughter (Isaiah 53:7). </span>“He was despised and rejected by men,  A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief” (Isaiah 53:3).</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus knew He would be despised and rejected, yet He willingly gave of Himself. It pleased Him to be acquainted with grief knowing we wouldn’t have to carry the weight of sin. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">He bore our griefs and carried our sorrows because He loved us that much and couldn’t bear the thought of us apart from Him (Isaiah 53:4). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">What God would want to suffer for us? </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is only one and that is <strong>Jesus</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus suffered for us and did it with <strong><em>the joy</em></strong> set before Him (Romans 12:2).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no greater love than God’s love. He paid a high price for us when He didn’t have to. He gave us eternal life when we deserved eternal death in hell. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ask God to give you a greater revelation of how Jesus was a Man of sorrows <strong>for you</strong>. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">When you’re not feeling loved, remember that Jesus died for you because He loves you and found you <em><strong>worthy to die for.</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus is your maker and husband (Isaiah 54:5), your <strong>ultimate lover.</strong> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus chose to come as flesh to be a sacrifice for you and shed His blood to purify you from all unrighteousness.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In His suffering, we find our healing and eternal life. Because Jesus bore our griefs and carried our sorrows, we <em><strong>no longer</strong></em> have to bear our own griefs and carry our sorrows. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Don’t believe the lie that you aren’t worthy to be loved. You are loved greatly by a great God.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If we knew how much we were loved by God, we wouldn’t live in fear, unforgiveness, anger, jealousy, and darkness. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we are rooted and established in God’s love, we become filled to the measure of all the <strong>fullness of God</strong> (Ephesians 3:17-19).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">God encompasses love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control which means in Him we too will encompass all that His Spirit is. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is power in knowing how much God loves us. God loved us so much that Isaiah 53:10 says, “Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It pleased God to crucify Jesus, His only begotten Son, because He knew through Jesus we would be made right and saved.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It pleased God to suffer because we are <strong><em>His pleasure.</em></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If God has gone out of His way to save our souls, why do we live in fear? Why do we harbor unforgiveness when we have been greatly loved by the greatest of all?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus gives hope like no other. <strong>Only He</strong> is able to turn our ashes into beauty, our mourning into joy, and replace our spirit of despair with the garment of praise (Isaiah 61:3). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We were all born into sin that prevents us from living an abundant life and having eternal life with Jesus. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We must get to a point where we realize we NEED Jesus to find life here on earth and for eternity. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Without Jesus, we are just ashes. Without Him, we are doomed to hell and have no hope. </span>But with Jesus, we can rejoice every day knowing the end of our story is <em><strong>victory</strong></em>. We don’t have to spend a day mourning because He has taken upon our sins, sorrows, and grief.</p>
<p>Jesus was crucified so that we could<em> be saved</em>.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we get a revelation of how Jesus was a Man of sorrows, we become rooted in His love like never before. </span>So remember, Jesus was a<strong> Man of sorrows</strong> for you.</p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Jesus, thank You for bearing our grief and carrying our sorrows. Even though we are worthy, you still sacrificed yourself so that we could have joy.</span></i></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We all have the opportunity to receive God&#8217;s gift of love and mercy, but to receive it we must receive Jesus and give up our lives to Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">My past was far from perfect. I was the rebellious 16 year old who got into a toxic relationship with a man 10 years older out of desperation for love and the lie that no one would ever love me. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">I eventually ran away from home at the age of 18 and did wrong things that brought me shame and depression. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One of the things I did was get married secretly to help him get his green card. I wasn’t ready for marriage nor understood the meaning of marriage, yet I feared losing him because he was everything I had.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fast forward to being 20, I ended up leaving that marriage and lived another year in secrecy. It wasn’t until Jan of 2015 that I realized I was in a deep pit that I couldn’t get myself out of. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The only hope I had was Jesus. So that month I made Jesus Lord over my life and confessed my past to those who needed to know. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">I thought I would have to live with the shame of my past forever, but I found that Jesus died on the cross to redeem my life from destruction, and to crown me with loving kindness and tender mercies (Psalm 103:4). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I got to know Jesus by reading the Bible and allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal His love to me.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus has changed my life ever since for the better. God&#8217;s love and mercy are available to <strong>ANYONE</strong> no matter what they have done as long as they choose to leave their life of sin and follow Him.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is truly nothing better than living in God’s perfect, good, and pleasing will.  You will not regret following Jesus because<em><strong> He is the path of life</strong> </em>(Psalm 16:11). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This world offers many solutions for love, counsel, and peace, but only ONE can truly give us all and that <em><strong>is Jesus</strong></em>. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">He is our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). </span></p>
<p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">God has given us the gift of eternal life with Him and life to the fullest in Christ Jesus, but have we received this gift?</span></em></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We must <strong>receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior</strong> to receive God&#8217;s love and mercy.  We have to choose to turn away from our old life and what this world offers and follow Jesus. Only IN HIM will we find all that we need. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We can have the assurance that God loves us because He GAVE us His Son Jesus to save us from our sins so that we may have life to the fullest here on earth and for eternity. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Isaiah 9:6 says, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Jesus was given to US so that we may find love, peace, joy, counsel, direction, and eternal life with Him. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">In Jesus, we have been given a gift of love and mercy that we don’t deserve. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are promised to <em><strong>always</strong></em> experience His goodness and mercy all the days of our lives in Jesus (Psalm 23:6). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take time to give thanks to God for His <em><strong>enduring</strong></em> mercy which He has shown by giving us Jesus. <strong>Mercy is Jesus</strong>. When Jesus died on the cross, He finished all that had to be done to save us forever as we choose to believe and live in Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We were all doomed for hell, yet God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s remember what our destiny would have been without Jesus, and what it is now <em><strong>with Jesus. </strong></em></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">As we look to Jesus, give thanks for God’s enduring mercy. “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love and mercy endures forever” (Psalm 136:1). </span></p>
<p><em><strong>Will you receive the gift of love and mercy in Jesus?</strong></em></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s be intentional this year to </span><b>not forget </b>all the Lord’s benefits — who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion…” (Psalm 103:1-4).</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our circumstances can easily pull us away from having a heart of thanksgiving, but let’s choose <em><strong>to remember God&#8217;s faithfulness</strong></em> in Jesus. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hold your testimony close to your heart every day and remember the beauty of salvation that has been given to us through Jesus. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us” (Ephesians 1:7-8).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’ve been forgiven and made right with God through the blood of Jesus even though we didn’t deserve it. Yet because of God’s love and mercy, we now get to live life with the assurance that we will always see His goodness in this life and for eternity. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Death isn’t our end, but <em>eternity with Jesus is</em>.  </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we feel that we are in lack, let’s remember that we have the </span><b><i>greatest gift </i></b>of all which is Jesus. <span style="font-weight: 400;">Nothing is truly more valuable than having the almighty God living in us and a secure eternity with Him forever</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">We have all we need in Jesus. God&#8217;s love and mercy will sustain us through it all. </span></p>
<p>So remember, receive<strong> His gift of love and mercy today</strong>.</p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Jesus, your love and mercy are truly the greatest gifts of all. We do not deserve them, yet You continue to show us unconditional love. Help me to remember your great love and mercy for me always. </span></i></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It’s hard to be thankful during bad times, but with Jesus, we can have <em>overflowing thankfulness</em>.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I was going through a lot of emotions when my husband forgot to bring our daughter’s stroller during our outing where we would be walking for a while. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">This wasn’t necessarily a hard moment, but just an inconvenience that caused me to be upset especially hearing his response to my disappointment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I gave in to my emotions but God later reminded me that I could have allowed thankfulness to <em><strong>overflow </strong></em></span>into that moment of frustration. <span style="font-weight: 400;">He reminded me of the recent blessings He had opened for us and the most important blessing which is <strong>Jesus Himself</strong>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As I took time to give thanks and rejoice for His great love towards me, my annoyance left. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">My heart had no room for anger because <strong>thankfulness was overflowing</strong>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Thankfulness has the power to bring you ease during hardships. It </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">gives us the ability to see from God’s perspective and receive His supernatural joy. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Whatever you may be facing, remember that Jesus has given you life to the abundance here and for eternity as you choose to live in Him (John 10:10).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ephesians 2:4-5 says, “But because of<strong> his great love for us</strong>, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.” </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">There is no greater joy than the joy of our Salvation. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are many things we can rejoice in, but let us always rejoice <strong>IN the Lord</strong>. Our salvation in Jesus alone is great enough to stir joy and thanksgiving in our hearts through both the good and bad times.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Giving thanks during hard times is the last thing we want to do, but God calls us to give thanks in ALL circumstances (1 Thess. 5:18). When we give thanks, we posture our hearts to receive His <em><strong>supernatural joy</strong></em> in the midst of our pain or disappointment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Giving thanks postures our heart to see from His perspective and remember <strong><em>His great love</em> </strong>that was shown through Jesus dying on the cross and perfecting us to have eternal life with Him. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We may be living, but are we <em><strong>spiritually alive</strong></em>? Our body may be alive but outside of Jesus, our spirit is dead because only in Jesus can we have life because <strong>He is life</strong>. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">We were all born into sin, causing us to be in bondage and have eternal death, but God made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions (Ephesians 2:5).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is the reality for everyone who accepts Jesus as their Savior and makes Him Lord over their life — we get to have an abundant life physically and spiritually on earth and for eternity.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">May John 3:16 never lose its awe in our hearts: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We also have the assurance that the life to come with Jesus will be a perfect place with no evil and pain. Revelation 21:4 says, “‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>Will you look to Jesus and give thanks no matter what you are facing today?</em></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are called to <em><strong>overflow</strong></em> with thankfulness. This means our thankfulness should be greater than any other thought and emotion we may have. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The key to be thankful is to be rooted, built up, and strengthened <strong>in Jesus</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s impossible to have overflowing thankfulness in the midst of pain, anger, or disappointment, but with Jesus <em><strong>it is possible</strong></em>. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As we look to Jesus as our source of love and joy and remember His great love for us, His love and joy will fill us. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let us never lose gratitude for what Jesus has done for us. In Him, we now have fulfillment, purpose, direction, love, and life. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><em><strong>Will you look to Jesus daily and ask Him to establish you in His love?</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So remember, <strong>overflowing thankfulness is possible with Jesus</strong>. </span></p>
<p><b><i>Prayer:</i></b><i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Jesus, thank you for what you did for us on the cross. Help us not to be ungrateful and be so caught up in our emotions that we forget the abundant life we have because of You. Even in difficult moments, may we always overflow with thankfulness. </span></i></p>
