God is always speaking and directing us, but are we being sensitive enough to see Him active in our everyday life? God wants to reveal himself to us even in the small things of everyday life. It’s a matter of us accepting His invitation to spend time with Him.

Proverbs 3:6 says, “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

God wants to be a part of our everyday life and not just the “big” decisions we have to make. We can see God active in our simple day to day life if we would just acknowledge His presence.

The more we acknowledge Him in our daily lives, the more we will see Him moving even in the little things of life. He promises that when we seek Him with all our heart, we will find Him. He has given us access to Him – His mind and power. We must be seeking for wisdom and direction in everything that we do and take the time to listen to Him.

How many times have we declined God’s invitation to be with Him? 

Psalm 130:5 says, “I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.” May we be willing to give of our time to wait on God. He wants to speak to us, but we just need to give our time and attention to Him.
