It can be easy to worry when things don’t go our way or when we don’t understand our situation. However, God commands us to not worry because He knows our needs and is a good father. God’s ways are beyond our understanding which means we have no reason to worry or question God when we don’t understand our situations.

God says in Matthew 6:25-26, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear…Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?“

We can find more scripture throughout the Bible of God telling us to not worry. We disregard God’s ability to provide and do what needs to be done when we worry.

During my alone time with God, I asked Him, “Is there any offense in me towards you God?” He then reminded me that every moment of discouragement and worry I have is an offense to Him.

I realized that there have been moments when I have been discouraged in pursuing Living Revelations. I had thoughts like, “what if I don’t successfully establish Living Revelations? What if I don’t build enough finances to sustain the ministry and myself?” As I reflect on what God has promised to me, I am reminded to continue to press on in faith. When I allow discouragement to come in my heart it shows that I am not trusting in what God has called me to do.

God wants us to press forward in faith and not fear.

We are not trusting in what God has called us to do when we constantly worry about failure. We must look back to the very moments when God spoke and called us to do the very thing we are doing now.

Continue to speak and believe God’s promises over your life. Mark 11:23 says, “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.“

No matter how impossible your dreams may be, trust God. Psalm 136:4-5 reminds us, “To him who alone does great wonders, His love endures forever. Who by his understanding made the heavens…” God does great wonders beyond what we could ever do, so why do we question and doubt God over impossible things?

We must remember that God is beyond our understanding. Worry limits us to our own understanding while faith extends us to God’s understanding. Invite God’s perspective over your life so that you can move forward in faith. Your perspective may show impossibilities, but God’s perspective always shows possibilities.

God loves doing the impossible in our lives so that we cannot boast in ourselves but only in Him. 1 Corinthians 1:27-29 says, “But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.“

If you are in a position where your dreams seem far beyond what you can reach, take heart because God is about to do a mighty work in your life. God wants to do wonders in your life. He longs to bring your visions and dreams to pass.
